A guarantee of 96% sexing accuracy on pullet orders, with the exception of Barred Rocks and Rhode Island Reds. All claims for adjustments must be made before the birds are 12 weeks old.

Orders are accepted subject to conditions incidental to the hatchery business. Our responsibility for loss or damage arising out of incorrect shipment of breeds, sex or numbers, delay or failure of shipment or any other cause is limited to the original price paid.Frey’s Hatchery Ltd. operates under Federal and Provincial government regulations in regards to the operation of a licensed hatchery, animal husbandry practices, and disease control standards.
It is understood and agreed that no representation or warranty as to livability, production, freedom from disease, fitness for use, or otherwise, is made by Frey’s Hatchery Ltd.

All birds remain the property of Frey’s Hatchery Ltd. until paid for in full.
